Marketing Full-time Remote
Chief Marketing Officer

Own Soreva's go-to-market motion end-to-end — from positioning and messaging to demand generation and the brand identity that makes network engineers trust us before they've spoken to anyone on the team.

About the role

Soreva's product is strong. What we need is someone who understands how infrastructure buyers think and can translate technical depth into a market position that's clear and credible. You'll be the first senior marketing hire — which means building the function from the ground up, setting the strategy, and doing a meaningful amount of the execution yourself. This role reports directly to the CEO and has a seat at the leadership table from day one.

What you'll do
  • Define Soreva's positioning, messaging framework, and competitive differentiation
  • Own and evolve the brand — visual identity, tone of voice, and how we show up across every channel
  • Build a demand generation engine: content, SEO, paid, developer community, and partner channels
  • Work closely with sales to develop collateral, case studies, and pipeline-support materials
  • Drive awareness in the security and infrastructure engineering communities where our buyers spend time
  • Hire and grow the marketing team as revenue scales
  • Set and report on marketing KPIs: MQLs, pipeline contribution, brand reach, and CAC
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record marketing infrastructure, security, or developer-focused B2B products
  • Fluency in the technical domain — you don't need to know what a BGP anycast route is on day one, but you'll need to learn fast and earn the respect of engineers
  • Experience building marketing teams and functions from an early stage, not just managing established ones
  • Strong editorial instinct — you know what "good" copy looks like and you can write it yourself
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a preference for moving quickly over planning exhaustively
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience setting up attribution and reporting
Security Full-time Remote
Analyst

Monitor, triage, and investigate network-level security events across Soreva's global scrubbing infrastructure. First-line response to live DDoS campaigns and escalation to the engineering team when needed.

About the role

You'll sit at the center of our detection and response operation. When a customer's network comes under attack, you're the first person looking at the event feed, triaging attack type, assessing severity, and deciding whether to escalate. You'll work closely with both customers and our network engineering team — writing up incident summaries, tuning alert thresholds, and identifying emerging attack patterns before they become incidents.

What you'll do
  • Monitor real-time traffic dashboards and mitigation feeds across 45+ PoPs
  • Triage inbound alerts, classify attack vectors (L3/L4/L7), and determine appropriate response
  • Communicate with customers during active incidents, providing timely, accurate status updates
  • Write concise post-incident reports with root-cause analysis and mitigation timeline
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to refine detection rules and reduce false-positive rates
  • Maintain and improve runbooks for common attack scenarios
What we're looking for
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, UDP
  • Familiarity with DDoS attack types — volumetric floods, amplification, SYN floods, application-layer abuse
  • Experience with a SIEM or traffic analytics platform (Elasticsearch, Grafana, or similar)
  • Calm and methodical under pressure — incident response is time-sensitive work
  • Strong written communication; your incident reports will be read by both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Safety Full-time Remote

Entry-level role investigating security incidents, conducting digital forensics, and supporting incident response across Soreva's global infrastructure. Learn from senior investigators while building hands-on skills in threat detection and analysis.

About the role

This is a junior position designed for someone passionate about incident response and investigations. You'll work alongside senior specialists to monitor, triage, and investigate security events across our global network. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing security alerts, supporting live incidents, and helping document findings. As you grow, you'll take on more responsibility — from leading smaller investigations to contributing to our threat intelligence and detection engineering efforts.

What you'll do
  • Monitor security monitoring platforms and investigate alerts across network and application layers
  • Triage incoming security events and escalate confirmed incidents to the incident response team
  • Assist in root cause analysis and create preliminary incident reports
  • Collect and preserve digital evidence for forensic investigations
  • Support threat hunting activities by analyzing logs and network traffic for suspicious activity
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of investigation playbooks and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document lessons learned and recommend security improvements
What we're looking for
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and common protocols
  • Familiarity with common attack types (malware, phishing, DoS, exploits) and threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Some experience with SIEM platforms (Elasticsearch, Splunk, or similar) and log analysis
  • Knowledge of security concepts: incident lifecycle, defence-in-depth, and the CIA triad
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
  • Good written communication skills — you'll help write incident summaries and internal documentation
  • Eager to learn and grow — this is a role designed for someone early in their security career
